Terms and Conditions of Sale

As from 1st January 2014

1. First order pro forma.

2. All new accounts subject to Credit Application.

3. Credit application form must be completed in full in order for us to open your account.

4. Payment of accounts due 15th of month following delivery.

5. Additional orders will not be despatched until payment of outstanding balance is received.

6. All Goods remain the property of Always Natural
(Jim & Kay Brophy) until payment is received in full.

7. All goods must be signed Unchecked for on receipt so we are
in a position to replace the breakages for you.
8.Notification of Breakages or shortages must be advised within
2 days of delivery.

9.All claims must be made in writing.
We will collect broken items on our next call.

10.Due to increase in delivery charges:
All orders will incur a minimum delivery charge of €6.00.

Shipment is via Fastways Next Day Delivery and costs €6.00 for a parcel up to 30 kilos
