Our products are for external use only. Always Natural accepts no responsibility for the mishandling or misuse of any of our products. Always Natural will not be held liable for products made using our raw materials or packaging materials.
Essential oils
- Fragrance and essential oils are not safe to consume and can cause significant poisoning even if small amounts are ingested.
- Fragrance and essential oils can be harmful to skin and eyes in an undiluted from, so please take precautions when handling them.
- Essential oils and fragrance oils are not perfumes and should not be applied directly to skin. Refer to the MSDS for proper handling, disposal, and safe usage limits.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to test compatibility before proceeding with manufacture using our raw materials and/or packaging materials.
Candle Safety Information
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Burn out of the reach of children and pets.
- Always place a burning candle on a suitable surface away from flammable objects.
- Remove all packaging before use. Do not allow hot wax to come into contact with skin.
- Extinguish candles with a candle snuffer, do not blow them out.
- Never use water to extinguish a candle.
- Burn only on a stable heat resistant surface.
- For best results burn candle for 4 hours at one time.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Do not move a burning candle.
- Do not burn a candle near anything that can fire.
- Candles for hanging or outdoor use should be carefully secured at all times.
- Always read and follow the manufacturer's instructions on candles.
Oil Burners Safety information
- Always use a standard tea light candle for all oil burner products.
- Please take care when moving an oil burner/ candle holder as these may get hot while in use. Leave sufficient time for the product to cool down.
- Always place an oil burner on a suitable surface away from flammable objects.
- Always ensure the oil is diluted before using with an oil burner.
- Not all oil burners are suitable for wax melt products.
- Always read and follow the manufacturer's instructions on oil burners.
Care Advice for Jewellery
- Jewellery should only be put on after you finish with body lotions, perfumes, hairspray or soap.
- Avoid false tans as they can re-act to jewellery.
- Do not allow jewellery to come into contact with bleaches, corrosives or water containing chlorine.
- Store your jewellery separately to avoid scratching.
- Approach cleaning with care, polishing with a dry cotton cloth after wear will help maintain original finish.
Care Advice for Glassware
- Check to ensure glassware is either dish-washer safe or not.
- For glassware that is Dishwasher Safe do not overcrowd your dishwasher and utilise stemware rack.
- For hand-wash only products use Lukewarm soapy water and polish with a dry cloth.
