Always Natural is strictly a trade only website and we do not sell to the public. In order to purchase with us you must be purchasing stock to resell and not for your personal use. We welcome customers who sell online as well as in retail shops. Click here to register for an account. Management reserves all rights.

Prices & VAT
Prices on our website are shown in Euros (€) and are excluding VAT (some items are not subject to VAT). To gain access to our website and view prices you must be pre-approved as a customer. All prices listed on the website are for one item unless otherwise stated. Always Natural reserves the right to amend or change any prices at any time without prior notice.
We will supply a VAT invoice with each order. If you have a valid EU VAT number or you are having your goods shipped to a non-EU country, please email us with these details with your order so that we can update your account and ensure that VAT will not be added.
Please note that all VAT-exempt orders MUST be delivered to the physical address of the owner of the VAT number. We can not ship a VAT-exempt order to an alternate address.

We strive to ship orders within one business day of receipt, but during busy times it may take longer. Please see our delivery information page for up-to-date shipping and turnaround times.
If you need to make changes to any order submitted online it is best to give us a call at the above contact numbers.
Minimum Order
We currently offer a no minimum order policy for customers which means that our customers have the flexibility to purchase as few or as many items as they wish. Please click here for more details on delivery and shipping costs.
Products & Payment processing
Products are subject to availability.
While we try to ensure our stock levels are correct on our website however this is not guaranteed. We will make every effort to update the site immediately to reflect this, but occasionally, orders do slip through. If this should happen, we will simply delete the out-of-stock item from your order, refund the purchase price of the item, and process your order as normal. We will also notify you by email.
Payment Process
When an order is placed with Always Natural we take pre-authorisation from your credit or debit card (this is an authorisation from you to take funds from your card). No money is taken from the card at this stage and an order confirmation will be e-mailed to you.
When an order is ready to be dispatched we will send you an e-mail confirming the goods we are sending as well as the value. We will only take payment for the goods we are sending.
Payment methods
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Delta, Mastercard and Maestro. We also accept Paypal. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express. Payments can be made online, over the telephone or via Bank transfer.
