Ocimum Basilicum

Basil clears the head, strengthens the memory and helps to relieve mental fatigue. It has stimulating and clarifying properties and is known to aid concentration. Basil is extracted via steam distillation of the leaves. The oil is colourless and has a very pleasant, rich and refreshing odour. This oil is best used in lower concentrations as it may cause irritation in sensitive people.
